NARI of Madison’s Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards is the means our chapter has chosen to spotlight professionals and their award winning craftsmanship in the remodeling Industry.

Our chapter CotY Awards provides our chapter a way to showcase our members’ best remodeling work - from a kitchen facelift to a whole house renovation - and be recognized locally for their efforts.

The chapter’s CotY Awards program also benefits local home improvement consumers who may be looking for remodelers with award winning credentials. Those consumers can view before and after pictures of recent and past winning projects and get important information about those companies.

Winners of the NARI of Madison CotY Awards are presented their awards at our annual Celebrating Excellence Awards Evening. This special evening is also where our local Achievement Awards recipients are honored for their contribution to the remodeling industry.
