Remodeling Expo
The premiere remodeling show in Madison.  Consumers come to the Remodeling Expo because they know it is the only show dedicated to the remodeling industry, it is a safe place to evaluate and compare competitive remodeling products, services and contractors, and it provides a complete array of remodeling products and services.  Don’t miss this opportunity to promote your business to the Madison-area residents who attend each year. 

Showcase of Remodeled Homes Tour
This event offers a unique opportunity to members, allowing contractors to showcase their best remodeling projects.  This event grows in popularity each year with over 800 people visiting sites.  This is an excellent opportunity to show the community the value of remodeling with a professional.

General Membership Meetings
Network at our monthly meetings (Third Monday of the month, Sept.undefinedMay) with other remodeling contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.  Meetings also include informative guest speakers and Table Top presentations of member services and products.

Local CotY Awards
NARI of Madison offers its very own Contractor of the Year Awards.  Based on the National CotY model, it offers local members the opportunity to increase your company’s marketing potential, and boost credibility and prestige within the community.  It also helps to promote the organization within the community.

Home Remodeling Directory
Published three times per year in time for the February Expo, Spring and Fall Remodeled Homes Tours our directory is not only a comprehensive list of our membership, but also includes informative articles on remodeling that are essential to the consumer.  Over 10,000 copies are distributed throughout the Madison-area each year.

Certification Programs
Our nationally accredited certification programs are what separates NARI from other remodeling organizations.  NARI of Madison encourages, supports and provides a full range of NARI Remodeling Contractor, Carpenter, Specialist and Kitchen & Bath Certification programs.

Social Events

NARI on the Hill

To help NARI achieve this goal, it has retained Thomas Sullivan of Nelson Mullins Riley Scarborough LLP, Washington.

Since its inception, NARI has been guarding its members’ rights through government affairs activities. Recently, the focus has been on grassroots activity via the local chapters and creating coalitions with like-minded associations.

Sullivan understands the remodeling industry and the issues facing every small business owner. In addition to lobbying, he runs the Small Business Coalition of Regulatory Relief, which serves as a resource for small business stakeholders.

NARI’s approach to government affairs is forward-thinking and proactive. Rather than complaining, the association wants to work with its legislators and the administration to implement laws and regulations that work for its members, employees and customers.

NARI wants to be seen differently than most groups who hire a lobbyist. The association wants to establish a reputation of helping those who make the laws.

NARI Learning Center
The NARI Learning Center hosts all of the NARI webinars where members and non-members can participate in relevant industry related education seminars. The Home Depot is a proud sponsor of NARI webinars.

Education Day
NARI of Madison hosts an Education Day to allow our members to receive continuing education for NARI certifications and WI Department of Commerce continuing education requirements.

Partnerships
NARI is involved in strategic partnerships with other groups and organizations with similar goals to help promote our member companies and grow the remodeling insustry.
